THE BOAT

  

"Reel Fishn" is a 37ft Kevlacat powered by two 315hp Yanmar turbo diesel engines.
The boat comfortably cruises at 25 knots and has a top speed of just over 30 knots.
We have the fastest Charter boat based from the Tweed Heads which enables us
to reach our fishing grounds quicker - this clearly means more time fishing and less
time travelling...at the end of the day this can result in more fish caught!

The twin hull design of the Kevlacat provides for a more comfortable ride in all types
of weather and sea conditions and provides a more stable platform when anchored
for fishing, drifting, jigging and trolling. In the design options we have chosen the
shortened cabin version to give you more room from midships to aft increasing the
actual fishing area of the boat. A canopy spans the entire fishing area giving the angler
shade and added comfort.  Other specs include -
